What exactly do you mean by "configure tick by tick chart on DOM"? If you are referring to a "Trading DOM" then you can not get the bars to show properly on this DOM. The Trading DOM does not have the same concept of bars as a chart. Please give us more information, and an image, so we can understand what you are trying to do and the issue you are having.
