Dear Sierra Chart Development Team, I hope this message finds you well. Thank you for your response. I have definitely planned to use Sierra Chart as my Trading platform. I would like to request a usability feature that would greatly enhance the chart navigation experience: the ability to freely drag the chart in both horizontal and vertical directions using the middle mouse button (or any assigned mouse button), similar to how it works in platforms like TradingView. Currently, Sierra Chart allows horizontal scrolling with left click drag and vertical adjustment via the Y-axis, but there is no support for a unified, fluid 2D drag across the chart area. Having this feature would make multi-timeframe analysis and multi-monitor workflows significantly smoother, especially for users with complex setups. Suggested behavior: - Pressing and holding the middle mouse button (or an assignable key/mouse button) allows free movement across both axes. - Optional setting to toggle this behavior on/off in Global or Chart Settings. I believe many users who are used to modern interfaces would highly appreciate this addition. Thank you for your continued development and excellent support! |
