I had disconnected and recomnnected a few times when I was attempting to get the spreads at the time - but I still could not get the CME listed spreads. It does seem to have resolved itself overnight !!!! - the next day I had access to all the exchange listed spreads. Not sure what happened? But its working out fine now - Thank you
