Are you using the linking option for studies between charts at all? Are you using any custom studies at all? We are not fully understanding this statement: "I sometimes can remove the study & add it back from my saved studies under the "Analysis" tab- but other times, I have to go through & manually set each of the 8 levels back" What exactly is occurring here? What do you mean you can remove and add it back, and how does this resolve the issue? Do you have the study set to have a different default setup?
