Hi Engineering: I've used the Trading Levels Study for years, it's integral to my preparation process... I have 8 levels (fibonacci pivots) that I make zones from. For example, for the S1 & S2, I use the style "Transparent Fill Top" for the S1, & "Transparent Fill Bottom" for the S2. This makes a nice, unobtrusive 'support zone'. Same for R1 & R2, & so on. The problem is, that for some inexplicable reason- the style for all of them will revert to 'Dash'. It does not uniformly do this across every chart I have the exact same study on when it happens. One of the issues is- I usually discover the problem only mid-session. I sometimes can remove the study & add it back from my saved studies under the "Analysis" tab- but other times, I have to go through & manually set each of the 8 levels back to "Transparent Fill Top/Transparent Fill Bottom" alternately. This may not be a known issue, as I searched the forum for it. If I can help you track down the issue in order for it to be resolved, let me know.
