The 1st instance of Sierra is in the US and it is working perfectly. The 2nd is in Asia so we can trade 24/7 and it is connecting perfectly (Denali-Teton-Broker) but the NQ chart is not loading. I have checked the obvious, that I have the correct month and year. Only one Sierra is ever connected to Denali-Teton at a time. The ExampleChartbook is working so I changed a symbol to NQ June 25 by mistake and it loaded. I changed it to Sept.25 and it is Waiting to Download Historical Data, but it doesn’t download. I can’t figure out what the problem is. Please check the msg and advise. |
