We looked at just the "Long Entry" and it is working fine for us. Make sure you have the entry for "Send Trades to Trade Service" set properly depending on whether you are in Simulation Mode or live trading. The other thing to keep in mind is that you have the option for "Evaluate on Bar Close Only" set to "Yes". So if the condition becomes true intrabar, you will get a notification that the alert is true, but the trade will not occur at that time. If the condition then goes to False before the bar closes, then no trade will occur.
