One thing we need to make clear about CQG support, is CME Group market data (CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX) and EUREX market data, both historical and real-time, must come from the Denali Exchange Data Feed when using CQG. This has been a requirement for several years now. This is nothing new:

If you are not able to receive real-time and historical market data when using CQG and you do not have the necessary exchanges that you need active, then activate those from here:

You will need to activate those exchanges that you need. There was a technical problem, in the last few months, where you were able to get data from CQG. We were unaware of this until now but it is a requirement, that you need to get the data from the Denali Exchange Data Feed.
