There must be some explanation for this in your particular case. It is not like some problem that we would need to fix within Sierra Chart. That does not make sense. When you notice this condition take a screenshot of Sierra Chart, even if it is in a frozen state so we can see the state of it. You will need to use the system tools to capture the screen.
