Your log shows that your computer is not translating the information correctly for the Rithmic servers. Please follow the instructions at this link (Just the item in Step #5): https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/helpdetails1.php#DomainNameServiceIssues Or you can reboot your computer. If that does not resolve the problem, then try a different Rithmic server and let us know if you continue to have an issue.
