When I am on a 43 range chart in the NQ, Symbol NQu5, and I try to just type in 1m for a change to a 1 minute chart without having to go to Chart > Chart Setting and make the change from a 43 range chart to a 1 minute chart there, SC freezes, and I mean it freezes. The only way to get out of the frozen situation is to use CTRL > SHIFT > ESC and then use the task manager to highlight SC and then select End Task. If I am on a 1 minute chart and just type in 43R to ask SC to go to a 43 range chart from a 1 minute chart, then SC performs at its usual excellence. Have not tested any other range charts or other symbols. I have also noticed this freezing issue in realtime and while backtesting. I will test more for a small fee of only $250 per hour, with a 1 hour minimum. :+) I have found a bug!! Where do I go to submit my resume for a software tester and support person for Sierra Charts. :+) Sierra Charts are still the best, in my opinion.
