Refer to the following: Global Trade Settings Windows: Maximum Volume Bar Width Percentage (Global Settings >> Chart DOM Settings >> Other >> Other Settings) But, in the end, the issue is that there are other values that you are not able to see that are driving the size of the bars that you do so to be so small. You may want to consider limiting the number of levels in the DOM to try and remove outliers that cause this.
