However, I see that these orders all disappear after a while if they had been cancelled/filled. I have ensured that the "Show only Working Orders" is unchecked.
If the order is filled, then it is no longer an order and will be removed from the Trade Orders Window. If it is something else, then let us know. Also refer to the information at the following link: Trading Information Windows: Trade Orders Window I had this same exact problem: SIM orders auto cancelled (expired based on Time in Force}.
As noted in that thread, if the "Time in Force" is not correctly, then you will have this occur. Set your "Time in Force" to "Good til Cancelled" for the most control on your end. But you may also want to consider using "Day", if you are not planning on holding positions overnight.
