I previously subscribed to Package 11 and was surprised to learn that having a personal trading account is required to receive live futures market data without delay.
Is this requirement still in effect? For the CME Group, this is still true. Other exchanges do not have this requirement. If so, would it still apply if I have my own data source—for example, a Rithmic subscription provided by a prop firm?
What we can state is that you can use the data from Rithmic in Sierra Chart. Just be aware that there is a lack of historical data. You would need to check with your Prop Firm on their rules for the use of the data.
