With regards to the "Permission Denied" error, that comes from Rithmic. Everything we know about how to get around that issue is contained within the documentation you referenced.

Note that the "Permission Denied" error is a Rithmic issue. We can not fix it, as the interface between Sierra Chart and Rithmic is owned by Rithmic. They need to resolve this. We have told them about it many times, but they still have not taken care of it.

With regards to the data, as you state, your "Verified Until" date is showing as "0000-00-00". And since you activated a "Non-Professional" exchange, you can not get the real-time data as the "Verified Until" date needs to be in the future. You need to connect your Sierra Chart to your live, funded, futures trading account in order to update the "Verified Until" date to 30 days in the future. Refer to the following:

We also see that you did not fill out the Exchange Agreements properly, as you did not enter a Clearing Firm for your personal trading account. Prop Firms do not count towards the requirement for the CME Group. You can redo these at the following link:
