If AMP tells you that the account is setup and you are still getting the "No Trade Accounts Assigned" error, then the first thing to check is that you have the correct "Clearing Firm" selected in your "Data/Trade Service Settings". Please refer to Step #9 at the following link: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing: Setup Instructions If the Clearing Firm is set correctly then you need to get back with AMP and have them verify that the setup is complete. Also ask them to check that the Account Name has been entered correctly on their end, as the Account Name is what is used to connect your Sierra Chart software with your AMP account.
