Unfortunately, the issue persists. Please see attached. However, when I change the "Chart Data - Volume at Price multiplier...." and "Market Depth - Market depth combine increments in ticks" from "4" to "1" the stacking of the numbers resolves, but you can see that it is not filtering the lots less than "500" as set in the symbol settings.
