Hi, I’m a new subscriber and just activated my $36 USD service package about 30 minutes ago. I’m trying to view intraday SPX charts, but I only see a black screen. Before troubleshooting further, could you confirm if I’m on the correct service package for accessing SPX intraday data? Thanks in advance for your help! |
