The Open Interest is updated every day. To view the Open Interest for each day use a Daily Historical chart and add the "Open Interest" study to the chart. Refer to the following: Open Interest The Daily Data updates at a certain time each day as defined by the following setting. But you do not want to change this to earlier, as you need to wait for the data to actually be available from the exchange.
