When you change to using "SC Data" rather than "Interactive Brokers" are you selecting "Yes" to the question about updating symbols in the popup window that comes up after you select "OK" to close the Data/Trade Service Settings window. Every service uses a different symbology, so when you change service settings, you need to update the symbols.
