There should not be any issue with scrolling the chart. We just set this up ourselves to test and see if there is any issue, and what the previous posts suggest works fine for us. The one thing we see is that your scale is way off where you are unable to view the bars. Reset the scale to get it back into the proper view. We do not know why your scale would be off like that.
