It looks like we missed the fact that your "Verified Until" date was not in the future, and therefore you were not able to get the real-time CME Group data. Although this does not fully explain the issue with the Market Depth. We see that this has been resolved at this time, as your "Verified Until" date is now showing as "2025-07-11" (July 11, 2025). When you clear your Message Log, some lines will automatically be put back in. This is normal, so you just continue forward when that occurs. If you are still having an issue then we need to see the Message Log per the instructions in Post #4.
