Please do the following: - For one chart where you are having this issue, duplicate that chart to a new chartbook. - Close all chartbooks in Sierra Chart. - Select "Window >> Message Log". - On the Message Log window, select "Edit >> Clear Log". - Select "Yes" on the prompt to verify that you want to clear the log. - Select "File >> Open Chartbook" and open the chartbook with the one chart in it that you created above. - Get us your Message Log by following these instructions: Support Board Posting Information: How to Post Your Message Log (Required In Some Cases) For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing Date Time Of Last Edit: 2025-06-11 20:23:35
