To begin with, you can always place a marker or use the Stationary Text option to mark a chart where the split occurred. The same is true with a custom study, you would use the drawing tool to mark where you want. In the end, the hard part is defining where you want the marker and how do you get that into your study. If you have some source of information that you can parse and read into your study, then that would be what you want. But if you are going to be entering it manually, then it would be just as easy to use the drawing tool manually to do this.
