Dear Support, after updating to the latest version of Sierra Chart, the daily charts no longer download data for any symbol. I tried deleting the files in the “Data” folder to force a new download, but the issue remains. The PC is set up with 4 monitors, each displaying a daily chart. Sierra Home is on Monitor 2 Could you please help me resolve this? If needed, I’m available for remote assistance via TeamViewer (user ID and password are attached).
