This is an issue with Rithmic and the fact that they are either not keeping the information available, so it is not there when you reconnect later, or they are not sending it properly when you reconnect. In either case, this is something Rithmic needs to deal with.
I have the same problem with an OCO order being executed while the computer was off and it doesn't get re-covered to Trade Activity Log. I trade through Dorman with Edgeclear and Teton order routing. I tried disconnecting and re-connecting to my data service multiple times and I waited for the weekend - I read order executions on Teton are made available on weekends for Sierra to download, that did not help though. What can I do to make Sierra automatically grab trade executions that are taking place while Sierra is offline? |
