Hi John - I'm halfway there but ran into an issue with Sierra not recognizing my balance? Please see the attached screenshot. My balance was just $0.20 cents and I selected Service Package 11. I was prompted to make a payment of $46 which I did. But now it says I still have insufficient balance of $0.20 cents. Can you please help me with this, push this through? Also, now how do I go ahead and pay for the Exchange? I cannot find the link to actually PAY for this. Lastly, I signed up for Stage 5. I should be receiving confirmation from them within 24 hours. Sierra website said they will automatically link between Teton, so there's nothing else I'll have to do after that? Thank you! |
