If you are specifically setup on the "Teton Order Routing Service", then you do not need to go through the connection once a month. But if you use a different order routing service (CQG or Rithmic) or connect to Interactive Brokers, then you will need to go through the process. 1. That is fine. 2. Package 11 is good. 3. This is fine. 4. You do not need to setup an account with Interactive Brokers. The account with Stage 5 will work to satisfy the CME Group Non-Professional requirement. 5.
