Set the Intraday Data Storage Time Unit to 1 Second or 2 Seconds (essential for download performance): Data/Trade Service Settings: Intraday Data Storage Time Unit (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Common Settings) And then set this setting: Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Maximum Historical Intraday Days to Download >> Non-Tick Data to 3000. Go to the chart and re-download the data: Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download" from the main Sierra Chart menu. You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart. This command is on the main Sierra Chart menu at the top. Only use it from that location.
