Your agreements were not changed. You have proper agreements setup and approved. The issue is that you did not have enough funds in your account on June 1, 2025, in order to pay for the renewal of the exchange that you had active at that time. In order to get the data, you need to add funds to your account and then activate the exchange(s) you want. You can add funds at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=AddAccountCredit#MoveToTop You can activate the exchange(s) for the CME Group at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges Keep in mind that the exchanges renew on a calendar month basis, so they renew on the first day of each month. This is different from how the Sierra Chart packages work, which renew on a rolling 31 day cycle. The good news is that you did not pay for the exchange when you activated it on May 29, 2025, as the CME Group gives a free trial for the remainder of the month the first time you activate an exchange. But you do have to now pay for the exchange to get the data for June.
