Hi Sierra Chart Support, My name is Corey Tonner. I’m reaching out because I’m having trouble getting my live data feed working again. I previously completed and submitted the required CME agreements and had access to live data successfully. However, after logging in again recently, I no longer have live data access. When I checked my account, I noticed that some of my previously submitted agreements (specifically the Uniform Subscriber Addendum and the CME Non-Professional Certification) are now marked as rejected, even though they were initially accepted. Here are the issues I’m facing: • The system is telling me to complete the agreements again, but when I click “Open,” it does not allow me to edit or resubmit the documents. • I don’t understand why the information I submitted previously was removed or rejected. • I need guidance on how to properly re-submit the correct details to get my CME live data reactivated as soon as possible. Could someone please assist me with: 1. Resetting or unlocking the agreements so I can re-enter the missing details. 2. Verifying that my account is correctly configured to receive the Denali Exchange live data feed (or let me know if I’m missing anything else).
