Everything on your account looks good. You have completed the agreements properly, so you are tagged as a Non-Professional for that purpose. You have connected to your live trading account recently, as your "Verified Until" date is showing as "2025-06-30" (June 30, 2025). And you have the "CME with Market Depth for Non-Professional Trading Accounts" active.

Keep in mind that you do only have the "CME With Market Depth for Non-Professional Trading Accounts" active, so if you are trying to view data for a symbol traded on another exchange (including other CME Group exchanges (CBOT, COMEX, and NYMEX)), then we can not say what data you would get in this case (none, delayed, or real-time from your trading service).

If you are having a problem with a symbol that is traded on the CME, then let us know exactly what is occurring and get us your Message Log by following these instructions:

Close all of the Chartbooks with "File >> Close All Chartbooks".

Open a single chart for the symbol you have an issue with through "File >> Find Symbol". Tell us that symbol of the chart. Tell us about *one* symbol only.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
