it seems that when i have the computer shut down, the orders get triggered but no info is recorded and hence no symbols are displayed on the chart. is there any way to change that?
This is an issue with Rithmic and the fact that they are either not keeping the information available, so it is not there when you reconnect later, or they are not sending it properly when you reconnect. In either case, this is something Rithmic needs to deal with. second, it seems that the logged times are off? the most recent time in the trade log is 7:37:49 while the chart is only at 4:49 (see the red circles).
Is there a way to streamline that? The times in the Trade Activity Log are going to be given in the time zone of the system, as set in "Global Settings >> Time Zone". If this is different from your Chart Time Zone, then you will see a difference in the times.
