I did as you suggested changed the trade symbol to NGN25.NYMEX and that DID WORK. Rithmic has stated that this change is only for Natural Gas and I should check out the CME website where they get their information. Interestingly, when I look at the info page for Natural Gas on the CME website it says Globex Code: NGN25. When I look at the info page for Crude Oil it says Globex Code: CLN5. I am not sure why this is different, if it Natural Gas was some how changed in July. |
