It is definitely NOT an issue with the symbol. But the issue is definitely with Rithmic, as they are rejecting the order. There is nothing we can do to help with the Rithmic rejection, that is something you need to work out with them. But, if they continue to insist that the issue is with the symbol, then enter a "Trade and Current Quote Symbol" for the NGN5.NYMEX chart and set it as "NGN25.NYMEX" (no quotes) and be sure to set the option for "Use as Trade Only Symbol" to "Yes". This will then send the order with a symbol of "NGN25.NYMEX". You will then get a rejection due to the symbol and you can take that back to Rithmic and let them know. If it does happen to work, please let us know. This would be the first time that this has occurred and implies a change to how Rithmic is functioning.
