From what you are stating, it sounds like the information for the order fill is not being given to Sierra Chart from the trading service. So there is nothing for Sierra Chart to show, as it does not know about what occurred. Check your Trade Activity Log when this occurs and see if the order fill that should be there is showing in the log. If it is not there, then this is why it is not displaying the order fill marker.
