Hi, I'm using the Denali via the Trade Evaluator[trading] connection. My system is fully automated. Today I noticed when orders were executed (i.e. filled not working) the platform would freeze. After a couple of instances of this I disabled my automated system and then attempted to executed orders manually to check if it was isolated to the system. The same behavior occurred when executing manually. The system completely locks up for a significant amount of time. I've attached a screenshot of the behavior as well as the current version I'm running. I have recordings of the behavior as well. The system is non responsive for multiple minutes. How can I alleviate this issue? Thanks |
