The Recent Bid/Ask columns only reset the values at a price level when trading has moved away and then returned to that price level. The only thing it does not do per what you state is show the "last bid and ask at each price" as it is going to be the cumulative Bid/Ask while trading is occurring at that level. What exactly is occurring that is different from how it is supposed to work?
