This would not be an Apex issue. Did you go through the items we mentioned in post #2, in particular the setting related to the Trade Configurations and resetting the Trade Configurations?

If you select the account and select the "Remove" button, does the account actually get removed? If you select OK and then go back to the "Order Allocation to Trade Accounts" window, is it back then? When does it come back?
