The log shows that Sierra Chart is not able to connect to the TWS software.

Is the TWS software actually running? It has to be running on the same computer in order for Sierra Chart to connect to it.

If the TWS software is running, then go through the Setup Instructions at the following link to see if there is something that got changed or is not setup properly:
