The "Data" folder itself will be created when you start Sierra Chart. So the fact that the folder itself is present doesn't really mean anything. We are not understanding what you are referring to in terms of "all titles are "greyed out"".

Since you are using the data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed, you do not need to worry about the data itself that is stored in the 'Data' folder. Everything except for Market Depth data older than 60 days, will be automatically downloaded when you need it.

The other items you are need, such as Chartbooks, Study Collections, and Trade Configurations, will be in the 'Backups' folder under the main Sierra Chart installation folder. You will need to restore these items from the 'Backups' folder.

Follow these instructions to recover your chartbooks:

For Study Collections and Trade Configurations, you will need to find the files in the Backups folder and copy them to the 'Data' folder and then rename them as you want.
