In order to be able to get real-time data and to connect to a trading service, you need to be on one of the "Integrated" packages. We are not sure of everything you are wanting in terms of "all delta features" so we do not know which package specifically you will need. We verify your live, funded, futures trading account by having you connect to that account from your Sierra Chart software at least once a month.
