This is not something we do any further. We did this at a particular point in time due to a change we made within the software that required an update. But that was several years ago. If you are having a problem with a chartbook and it is a chartbook you have not used in years, then you can try the process outlined at the following link: Chartbooks (Workspaces): Opening Older Chartbooks But, most likely there is something wrong with the chartbook that is causing this. Particularly if the chartbook has been used recently. In this case, you would need to try to recover the chartbook from the backups that we make (or if you have your own backup).
