Hello, I have successfully activated Service Package 10 and I launched the main Sierra Chart using SierraChart_64.exe (not Sub Instance). However, the “DTC Protocol Server Settings” menu is still not appearing under the Global Settings menu, even though I’m in the main instance. I confirmed: - I am running version 2758 (64-bit) - I am not using a Sub Instance - My service package is active and confirmed on the account panel Can you please let me know what else I need to check in order to make the “DTC Protocol Server Settings” menu appear?
