I have had this issue intermittently for a while... This is the scenario: I have a chart fine for a symbol ***_MBO that appears fine. I want to change the Tick Size value specifically for this symbol. But when I add specific symbol settings for symbol ***_MBO and go back to the chart, I get a red warning sign afterwards saying "Historical Intraday Data Download Failed Error downloading historical Intraday data for ***_MBO. Historical data file for ***_MBO not available." When I go to the data folder I see the ***_MBO.scid file there but it is only 1kb big (.dly file seems normal). If I REMOVE the symbol settings entry for the symbol, the file size reloads back to a normal size. I believe all my settings are correct for the symbol entry. So I'm not sure what could be causing the issue. Please advise Thanks |
