With regards to the screen blanking - we wonder if you are using a Samsung monitor. This particular problem has occurred to me when I have used Samsung monitors, and it did not matter if I was running Sierra Chart or not. There is no reason that I could find for it, and it never perpetuated long enough for me to be able to get to support with anything substantial. I had this occur with at least 2 different Samsung monitors, but never with another monitor.

With regards to the other issue. We are trying to understand when this is occurring. Is it only when you move the mouse out of the one monitor and then back again? Is it just when the mouse crosses into that particular chart? And what kind of movement is occurring?
