There is not a built-in method to display the Delta as a column in the DOM. The best you can do with the built-in tools is to use the Volume by Price study setup to be to the left of the DOM to display these values. We do not understand what you mean by "When I add it as a study on my DOM it displays more than 1 number at each price level." What study are you referring to? You can do this programmatically using the General Purpose columns.
