You need to be on one of the "Advanced" packages in order to be able to use the TPO (Market Profile) feature. Since you state that you will be trading from the DOM, then you will also need to be on one of the "Integrated" packages. Therefore, from what you have given us, the lowest price package option is the "Integrated Advanced" package.
