We do not know how to explain this any further or in any different way. When using a scale option of "Independent" that item is not going to be tied to the scales. So you can not look at a value on the scale and say that it what the value of that item is. That item is INDEPENDENT of the scales. Refer to the following: Chart Scale and Scale Adjusting: Independent (Scale Range) If you really do not understand this, then simply do NOT use the Independent scaling option.
