Hi there, I'm experiencing an issue with playback on my charts. When I set a start date, the chart moves to that date but then stays stuck and doesn’t progress. If I rewind using the cursor and hit play, it only plays up to the date I originally set. I have been using chart replay for the past two years without any issues, but this problem just started occurring. I've already tried uninstalling and reinstalling Sierra Charts and have reset all settings, but the issue persists. Could you please review my account or help me resolve this?
